Yes, I had tested your URL on my desktop and mobile and saw the redirect.
So maybe, just create a permanent link with the long URL via .htacess, for example:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^/?$ "https\:\/\/scpweather\.com\/template1\/indexMobile.php\/" [R=301,L]

J'ai donc fait la mise à jour vers 2.1 de Davide et j'ai eu, aussitôt ,le même problème que toi, mêmes messages sur les navigateurs :-(

The MetarCustom block points to a URL that no longer exists on their server :-(

Si je devais installer Meteotemplate pour la première fois, c'est ce que je ferais.
PHP 7 pour commencer, on peut le faire avec PlanetHoster ou Obambu via Cpanel, et évolution par la suite en 8.

Il y a quelques années j'avais installé La version de base Meteotemplate de Joachim sous PHP 7.4 et n'avais pas de problème. Craignant un retrait de PHP 7..4 de chez mon fournisseur, j'ai suivi les diverses MAJ...
