Re: Problem with new Weatherlink (2.0)
actually the api token is used instead of what was the key (from the side of the IP data logger)

Re: Problem with new Weatherlink (2.0)
the only change I would would be you get your api token code and use that in place of the Key (or is it the password)?

Re: Paypal - Error message
paypal has changed to needing TLS 1.2 on a server
on the 28 june
(i.e security layer)
maybe that is part of the problem?

Re: WS-1401-IP
I think only the units sold by ambient work with their cloud server weather web site (ambient check the hardware and block non ambient sold ones)
ie so any clones, e.g those sold in the UK, will not work with that
(but will work OK with wunderground)

Re: Cold weather in North America
you do realise that there is emperical data available going back 1000's of years
(ice core samples, tree ring samples, legends from local inhabitants etc)
also the sea level drops during an ice age, and then increases again when the globe warms up
so if the globe warms but more, it increases more

Re: WU going down?!?!
they have not kept up to date with resources with the growth in weather station data
especially as a lot of new stations can be set to update straight to Wunderground as a (and sometimes only) way to see the data

Re: Spikes troughs and flatlines
you could try adding RF chokes to the data cable/USB cable
also WD does have data limits
i,e you can set a limit say for max gust/max temperature so that data above that is ignored

Re: It's as dry as a dead dingo's donga
its looking more and more likely that La Nina is developing that should mean more rain for Queensland over the summer and some of that might spill into NSW on this side of the tasman, we have had the wettest year in a long time here and are just about to have our wettest October on record (if this r...

Re: "Incorrect" rain readings.
WD does have 2 internal rain totals i.e midnight to midnight always, regardless if 9am reset used so I could send that data even if 9am reset used in WD? NZ uses 9am reset, but I myself have chosen to use midnight for a while now..it does make more sense for australia,9am (EST) is the midnight green...

I must have an old version of the app (android) as no battery indicator
when I sign in to the account, it says no recent data....and nothing shown at all
I will try a reset again of the wifi button again?
