The "dead" stations you see on the map are mostly pre-release or beta units that testers are no longer using. I have not heard of any users loosing their units to lightning but I would guess since they are consumer grade products they have no more protection that other such electronic item...

Hurricane RSS Missing Data
It appears that the location for the Indian and the Western Pacific feeds have changed. The block takes a long time to load, once it loads the links give Not Found errors.

You imported incorrectly. The option for "Date and Time Field" should be "Date and Time in a single field". Your field setup should then be as shown in the attachment.

Try this. In the directory you have Meteotemplate installed upload a file named .user.ini (dot user dot ini) It should be uploaded as a text file (ascii)
In the file should be
allow_url_fopen = On

Hi Johnny, Been working with Jachym on this. I guess I just misunderstood the Summary output with the F, inhg, etc after the data. The units are all correct and everything imported correctly.

Just setting up the template and having an issue with importing data. I use Weather Display and used the function built-in to create the import file and upload to the web site.
