Station Data Block Shows Monthly Rainfall 50% High
On my page the Station Data is showing my monthly total rainfall 50% higher than other sites I report to. Weather Underground show 6" and my page shows 9". I have not noticed any issue with daily or "storm" readings. This is show when I change from Daily readings to "This mo...

Re: Source for the "summary" Block Forecast
Interesting...I had checked that and verified it. In putting the location name, though, I neglected to add the leading "/" in the place name. I find that's significant since the Forecast now works!
Thanks much for the quick response!

RESOLVED - Source for the "summary" Block Forecast
I use the "summary" block in my Header Block along with some others (warningsUSRegions;summary;ssGauges;nwsForecast). All of the tabs in the summary display information except for the Forecast tab. What is the source for the Forecast? Have I misconfigured something so that a forecast is no...

Re: Current Data Not Displaying
EXCELLENT!!! I did go to the Meteobridge device and found it was not connecting properly. I had changed the UPLOAD password (strangely enough on 2/2!) and neglected to change that password on Meteobridge. I uploaded all missing data to my DB from Weather Underground and I now see the weeks data. Tha...

Current Data Not Displaying - RESOLVED!
I've been having a problem with my current weather data not showing reliably in the Station Info and Graphical Views Blocks. Current info doesn't show up on the Graphical dials either. I can run reports on the month of February but show nothing after 2/2/2019. Even before that I noticed that viewin...
Re: 18.0
I've taken to backing up all of my template settings and the current year's data every week. All previous years have been backed up once and I don't bother with them now as they are backed up to a pretty secure location. Like you said, previous years won't be changing so I just do the current year. ...
Re: 18.0
So in the Backup block when logged in as Admin I can backup station data. I had a problem doing 11 years worth but no problem doing a single year. Once backed up the first 10 years wouldn't matter to me If I can manually execute a station data backup and have it backup properly, wouldn't adding a sc...
Re: 18.0
I suggested elsewhere in the forum but, perhaps, a way to schedule and execute data base backups on a regular basis? Certainly template settings but even ALLDATA backups could be done.

Re: PWS Info Available to Google Home/Assistant
My station is a Davis Vantage Pro2 that was purchased from Ambient eleven years or so ago. I used an Ambient meteohub for several years too. That unit started to get weird so I replaced it with Meteobridge on a TL-MR3020V3 as opposed to the similar (yet FAR more expensive) Ambient hardware. WIthout ...

Auto ALLDATA Backup
It was suggested that I suggest a possible future enhancement. It would be nice if there were an automated backup for the ALLDATA table and other template settings and features. Something that would allow setting a scheduled time/day for automatically backing up all data on a regular schedule. Would...

Re: ALLDATA Table Corrupt?
I still don't know how/why the ALLDATA table was corrupted. I had the database re-created and the latest version of Meteotemplate installed. I've now re-imported 11 years of Weather Underground data and re-created my weather page. I would like to have understood why it happened but it really wasn't ...

PWS Info Available to Google Home/Assistant
Has anyone tried to make the information from their Personal Weather Station accessible via Google Home? I thought it would be interesting to get the information like in the Current Conditions tab of the Summary block read from Google Home. I'm not sure about other information since it may get rathe...

Re: ALLDATA Table Corrupt?
It's interesting that you should mention that the table was "in use". My host provider also said about the table "in use" as well but did not provide that level of detail. I'm not sure what has happened. I did implement some plugins the other night. I know if was working a day or...

ALLDATA Table Corrupt?
I went to my site today (darney.org) and found it was not displaying any current or historical data. I know it was a few days ago but is not now. I went to my hosting site's servers and ran a DB check which returned: [darney5_Parkesburg_Weather.alldata] Corrupt [darney5_Parkesburg_Weather.climateFil...

Re: Problem Importing Data From Weather Underground
RESOLVED I worked with my provider (several times) and, after trying several access related things like white listing, etc., the support guy I got suggested that, perhaps, the PHP version running for my domain may be the issue. The default PHP version that installs when created a MySQL instance is v5...

Hello From Parkesburg, Pennsylvania, US
I just replace my Meteohub with a Meteobridge to send data to various weather sites. I figured this was the time to start building my own weather site using Meteotemplate - www.darney.org I now have to work on the configuration of the pages to make it look pretty. There are some great examples from ...

Re: Problem Importing Data From Weather Underground
Indeed. I can execute the link from a browser and it returns data. The file I attached in a previous post is the results of that. I wasn't able to load that as a Text/CSV either. Is there a problem with the format of that file?

Re: Problem Importing Data From Weather Underground
No. I do not get that list. I only get: Loading data from: https://www.wunderground.com/weathersta ... 5&format=1 Unable to load data from WU or incorrect WU specified. If I select Show Fields when trying to import a CSV I get: Loading file... Loading CSV/text file from http://darney.org/wunderg...

RESOLVED -- Problem Importing Data From Weather Underground
I just got a Weatherbridge device running and have installed Meteotemplate. I've pointed to my site where meteotemplate is installed and data seems to be populating the MySQL database as expected. The MySQL in an instance on the provider's servers so I'm not running a "personal" copy of My...
