DailyRain MB vs./ Davis WL-IP

Hello,
this morning i noticed a small "problem" regarding Rain report with MB_Pro associated with WL_IP

please note that I did not change the settings, since when Davis counts me a dailyRain of 1.8mm, the MB console points me a 3.0mm report ?!
maybe i do not understand ...

It seems that both show the same reading for the last 24-hours.

Are they both using the same "day" in their calculations?

Just a thought.
