I came across this site that allows you to add you PWS to there site and get an API key. I think this would be a nice implement into the next template update. Here is the url if you want to look at it?

Especially their forecast API is good. It's truly localized data you get, and minute by minute for the coming hour if you want.

That's interesting. There's also a migration table from the dark sky api ( which is supported by meteotemplate ).
It should be not too difficult to implement ( added to the todo list )
