I am using the WeeWx csv extension to keep a hard file backup of the archive records. In the past I have used .csv dumps from Awekas, and imported them that way. The date/time is in a format compatible with the MT importer. Awekas has now changed to .xlsx and it is now a chore to convert all of those files (each month is in a separate file, and the records necessary to import go back 4 years now...).
The .csv extension uses Unix time format. Per the test import all the rest of the data from the .csv dumps is compatible.
Please implement Unix as a valid time format for .csv import. Bounty available!

Hi,
yes, this is realistic. I can include this in the new template, drop me an email and we can try to make this work for you now, so that you dont have to wait for a new version.
