How do I remove menu from block

Post by aznetcowboy » Thu Apr 26, 2018 9:19 pm

Just wondering why so many blocks have a "Menu" is the upper left-hand corner which when clicked on only display the block name? Is there a way to not display these "Menus"?

Normally, cowboy, you have to put in the menu (menuBlock) bars yourself when setting up your home page.

As per below, wherein is one block with a menu bar and which contains blocks warningsAU, currentAustralia and partnerStations. Ignore the HTML and text, they are just my own additions.

dynamicText
text
interactiveGraph
summary
menuBlock(<font size="2.5"><b><u>'click' the menu bars for options</u></b></font>,warningsAU;currentAustralia;partnerStations)
stationStatus

I hope this helps.

If you are only using 1 block in a space (as most of yours are) you do not need to enter the block into a menu block format.

menu blocks are generally only used for multiple blocks in the same space.

example here:

this is the center column on my site. the 3 lines list the blocks that are included in the menu block. on your site, you only have 1 block in your menu block so that is what it lists.
