Hi
I'm looking for a way to create a simple jpg or gif file with my current outdoor temp data. I'd like to add it as an overlay to my webcam. Is there some way to do this from Meteotemplate?
Thanx

You may try this webcamRename ( and overlay ) plugin.
Not super documented:
- first part useful to rename images ( if your camera append date and time to image name )
- second part defines image name ( and optionally resizes the image )
- third part defines logo overlay ( if needed )
- last part defines a maximum of 2 rows of text and data ( you cam mix fixed text and dynamical data from your station )

Re: Export temp data to jpg file
Alright, I found a way to do this.
I'm sending my weather data to Weather Underground.
I'm using Moonware's Netcam Studio to stream my webcams.
I also have Blue Iris Tools.
Blue Iris Tools (a completely separate app from Blue Iris webcam software) has a weather overlay feature.
It will go to weather underground, fetch my uploaded data and write the result to a text file.
I have it updating once a minute.
In Netcam Studio, I created new global variables for the outdoor temp and the update time.
Then, using Netcam Studio's overlay editor, I inserted the newly created global variables as overlay text on my webcam image.
