updated radarEU block ( radarSat24 )

ver 3.2
- added options to configure the 2 maps ( left and right map ), single map is supported too
- added option do define initial map type and timezone

NOTE
I think that this block should be called radarSat24 as it shows maps for Europe And Africa ( currently America, Asia and Oceania not working )
Wondering if may be useful to add a second drop down box to select map type independently for left/right map

Yes, sat24 has changed, so need to update the block

Quick and dirty block update:

ver 3.3
- changes due to sat24.com changes
- available only rain radar and satellite maps
- maps are now provided by meteox.com and cover the whole world ( so radarEU is not that appropriate any more )
- rerun the setup as parameters are completely different
- you can still setup one or two maps

P.S.
To center a map 'on a country', fill in the first parameter ( which is the 2 chars ( always lower case ) code of the country, for example: it for Italy )

To center a map 'on a location', fill in the second parameter ( see https://widgets.meteox.com/en-GB )
Only include one of these two parameters ( if you include both only the 'country code' will be considered ).

Hi davide, on my site the location doesn't work. Zoom only on Rome. The code that i setting are correct but zoom only to rome
