new aurora ( borealis ) block

Simple block to show aurora borealis past data and forecast ( sorce https://www.swpc.noaa.gov )
Only 2 options
- n. days of past data ( to show ) along with available forecast
- show graph/map when collapsed
Image shows block expanded

ver 1.1
- added option to select north/south hemisphere chart
- added option to select local/UTC time ( previous version was UTC only )

- removed Kp at 1 min interval graph ( not available any more )

- forecast image substituted by past 24h animation ( thanks to hanis scripts ). It takes a while to load all the images
