Graphing of more than one data point

Hello all... I'm sure something like this is available, but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know if there is a block/plugin that allows to plot more then one selectable data point? For example, similar to the Interactive Graph but where it allows me to graph Temp and Dew Point on the same graph?
