Snow Statistics Data

I have snowfall data going back several years.

I would like to move the data from one website to another which is also running MT

I've searched and read the WIKI but don't see instructions to do such a thing.
Is it possible?

I am willing to move the entire DB if necessary but don't know how to do that.

Can anyone help?

I would use PhpMyAdmin to export the table(s). The just import them back to where you need them.
