ClimateMaps plugin does not work

No map is displayed in the ClimateMaps plugin. Therefore no tables are displayed. The table was created correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions?
In the plugins setup, “CreateSettings” always remains instead of “EditSettings”. The line break does not work on the info page, there is no horizontal scroll bar and the button for closing the window is then not visible.
