Can´t get Sticker plugin to work

Is the path to clientraw, txt written like this? : $path = "/public_html/template/tideprediction/clientraw.txt"; // path to clientraw.txt

I have clientraw.txt uploaded to the tideprediction folder.
I use weather Display.

reinstall the stickers plugins, you are missing half of the files in your plugin.
