firmware upgrade to vrs 3.88

Hi friends,
my console still mounts the vrs 3.15 from the beginning, never updated and works perfectly.
We welcome the new updates that should be improved but it is also said that if something goes well let it go like this ...
I am torn on the idea of updating it or not, there are limitations from one model to another, the date of manufacture, I would not want to do damage.
what do you suggest?

I never have updated my consoles. Been running since 2018 just fine. I have thought about it, just never have yet.

I have done it recently,

I did it through the old weatherlink 6.05 software (I still have the IPlogger attached as backup, but mainly work through weatherlink live, I have both).

Other then the date and time needed adjustments all worked fine .
