Meteotemplate 19.00 Altervista and php 8.4

Post by Meteofabro » Thu Mar 26, 2026 5:42 pm

Good evening.

Altervista is changing the PHP version to 8.4. Can you tell me what changes I need to make in Meteotemplate 19.00 Cramberry? Thanks.

Not seriously, tis depends from the blocks and plugins you are using and which code needs to be modified.
I just switched to PHP 8.4 a few weeks ago (was previously at 8.3) and did not need to made any changes (or may be one, cant remember exactly  ).
PHP 8.5 will be a challenge as a lot of functions/commands will be removed then.

Regards
