Eu não consigo instalar os plugins alguem pode me ajudar ? E nas importaçoes da DAVIS VUE importa ok do wunder , já os da Ambient Weather dão erros !

Não percebo muito bem mas vc está dizendo que sua Davis Vue está importando as previsões do Wunder mas sua Ambient weather está dando erro, é isso?

Check that you have data at Weather Underground for the period you are trying to import and double check your WU ID.

Also note that WU is often down and that page is one of the worst pages I have ever seen in terms of reliability, so it often just doesnt work.

This means it loaded no data from WU. WU import is automatic, you dont need to change any formats so if it is not working either you specified a period for which there is no data at WU, your WU ID is not correct or WU is not working again (which happens very often)

Como Jachym falou, a mensagem de erro diz que vc não está importando dados do WU. A importação é automática e vc não precisa mudar quaisquer formatos, por isso se não está importando, provavelmente isso é devido a que especificou um período errado ou que o WU não estava funcionando nessa hora (o que não é tão raro assim!)
Estive verificando e o WU está funcionando agora. O seu registo no WU (IMINASGE52), de onde vc estava importando, tem um problema: os dados só são consistentes a partir de 10 Março 2017. Importar dados anteriores a essa data vai provavelmente dar um erro na base de dados, porque há muitos períodos sem leitura ou com leituras muito erradas.
Tente importar apenas os dados entre 10/3/2017 e a data atual, limpando a base de dados que entretanto foi criada com erros. É provável que funcione bem.
Sua Davis que não deu erro é a que está associada ao ID Wunderground IMINASGE15 ?
Estive vendo essa base de dados e ela está consistente e sem erros. Se sua Davis é essa, então está explicado porque não deu erro ao importar.
Vc utiliza a DAVIS e a WS em sites meteotemplate diferentes ou está tentando usar as duas bases de dados no mesmo meteotemplate?
Se indicar quais são seus sites isso ajudaria bastante.

First of all congratulations for your great network of weather stations William Siqueira! It is a dream that few canditates to weatherman (like me) will ever achieve!
As Jachym said, you are not loading data from WU. WU import is automatic, you dont need to change any formats so if it is not working either you specified a period for which there is no data at WU, or WU was not working again (which happens sometimes).
I've been checking and WU is working now. The only problem seems to be that in your WU database (IMINASGE52) your data is only consistent starting March 10, 2017. Importing data prior to this date will make big database errors, because there are too many unread periods or very wrong readings.
Try to import data only between 10/3/2017 and the current date, cleaning up the current database if it has been already created with errors.
Your Davis station that succedded in importing data is it related to the WU ID IMINASGE15 ?
I checked this database and it is consistent and has no errors. If your Davis corresponds to this WU ID, then it probably explains why it imported correctly.
Your DAVIS and WS are using different meteotemplate sites or are you trying to use 2 different data bases for the same meteotemplate?
If you tell us in which sites you are using meteotemplate, that would help us a lot.
