I would point out that the main set up file has a default setting of mm for the average rain settings. Soooo every time I go to the main file to make a change to something else, when I hit save, the rain setting gets changed back to mm from inches. This makes the readings on rain balance go out of wack ever time.

At least I know when I have made a change without realizing it. Ha!

http://I've noticed the same thing. Many changes seem to be lost. I've entered the station average data several times already, as well as other values.

Hi Ken,
which setting/parameter exactly is not being saved, can you send me a screenshot? I checked the rain normals and units and it should be saved just like any other parameter.

In the normal section of main setup it always reverts to mm, so if you change anything you have to remember to go to normal rain and pick in before you save.

Just to highlight this again, the choice defaults back to "mm" every time you make any other change. So if you want to make changes and you use "inches" in the history setting for temperature normals, you have to remember to change "mm" back to "in" because if you make any other change and press save, it defaults back to "mm."
