I should have posted this earlier.
Meteobridge ver 4.1 was released on August 15, 2019. there have been several updates since then.
The big news is that the device now supports TLS in addition to SSL (which seems to be losing favor with some sites) and fixes Error 1040. Also, Paypal now accepted by Meteobridge.
