switching from Meteobridge to WD

I'm looking at changing my data gathering from Meteobridge to WD for a while, using the api is there anything I need to do specifically or can I just implement the relevant api section in WD and disable the Meteotemplate section in the meteobridge software.

In this case it will be very easy because both support MT directly. No need to make any changes in MT, only stop the MT updates in MB and initiate them in the corresponding MT dialog in WD
