If you need multiple copies of a block you can use the 'duplicate' feature of the ultimate mod.
This should work for 'simple blocks' ( you can configure each block via the control panel, as usual ).
If it does not work ( and you see strange interactions between the blocks ) you may try this block ( well these are 8 blocks named from iframe2 to iframe9 ).
Usage:
a) duplicate the block ( via the duplicate option in the control panel ) and configure it
b) install the iframe blocks ( and configure one of the iframe block, let's say iframe2, it 'to load' the duplicated block, created in point a)
c) in the home page configuration load the configurated iframe block ( iframe2 )
