Auto-updates

Hi guys,
clearly, what I need to know is:
- what percentage of people has problems with this
- what exactly happens
Then I will see the approximate percentage of users with problems and also can try to see if there is any pattern, if these users have something in common - same provider, same server configuration etc.
I would therefore like to ask everyone to check if the auto-updates/installations work and then let me know in this thread.
If the updates are working fine, just post "OK" - do not ignore this I need to also see for how many users it works, not just those who have probles.
If it does not work, just say "No" and if you can specify any more details it would be great.

It does not work.
I am on ovh.com and it does not work for me nor has it ever worked for me to automatically detect the latest version of each block or plugin

OK, so far it is looking better than I expected, but I will need many more users to provide some feedback. Also it seems like there might be some common things amongst those for whom it does not work.

No. Used to at least show updates. Now all blocks and plugin are 0.0. Using inmotion host - they checked and can telnet your site and it is not blocked.

Yes, this one is particularly weird. Neither file_get_contents, nor cURL is able to load even a simple text file...

Hi
not work for me (verification update blocks and plugins and update language, blocks impossible)
My web hosting told me to use a "user agent"; because meteotemplate.com rejects the commands "file_get_contents" without "user agent"...
