I did not see any plugin for pwsweather.com or weathercloud.net (or other).
Is there any solution similar to the WU plugin?

Meteotemplate primarily gets data from SW. WU is an exception because several station models only allow sending data there. However, with regards to eg. weathercloud, if you have the option to send data to weathercloud it is likely that you use some kind of SW, which will also allow you to send updates directly to MT.
It is better to use:
software -> Meteotemplate
instead of
software -> some network -> Meteotemplate
More steps = lower realiability and speed
