I was trying to download the Lightning plug-in and it never arrived at my downloads folder. Same with plug-ins. On template version 16, I can directly select and install blocks on the site. But, there are only 4 plugins available for direct download/install. Lightning a and a few other I need aren't...

I don't know. I used a non-update version of V16. Wish I would have used the update version
