Install the fireDanger plugin and then the block will work properly. I discovered this by examining the code. There are no settings for the firedanger block even though a selection appears on the installed block page. The firedanger block showing settings for earthquake is a programming error.

I give up. It has some obscure relationship to the Web Host mod_sec rules. There are other blocks to use ...

Further to my problem, deleting and reinstalling the block does not solve the problem. This was happening on 17.2 and is still the case on 18.0

My naSatellite block shows the selection menu but does not download any data on my site mooseweather.com I have the latest version installed. I checked the php for the block and the addresses are correct and download data in a browser.

Any suggestions?

The problem has been resolved. Hostgator has a mod_sec rule on PHP that does not allow automatic downloading of additional files. naSatellite does this to allow the time history slider to function. Hostgator second level tech support defeated the rule for my site and naSatellite now functions proper...
