After a slow start due to nasty bout of winter illness I have just now managed to launch both desktop and mobile homepages. The former is here
http://the9libraries.org.uk/template/indexDesktop.php
If anyone cares to substitute "Mobile" instead of "Desktop" they will see many similarities. The truth of it is that I experimented with the mobile version first and was actually pleased enough with it to structure the desktop around the same sort of template. It's a first attempt and I can now sit back and refine both.
Like many others I am lucky to have come across Jachym's site and will be making donations going forward so that he feels just a bit of our gratitude on seeing a common enthusiasm we all have being expressed in such a visually dynamic way.
I am using Cumulus, which was my other big breakthrough in weather observations. I will now have to go full steam ahead and get a web cam up and running. I tried to do that in the past but abandoned the idea when the outdoor camera I purchased proved obstinate in it's refusal to set up. It got sold on Ebay back end of last year. Any recommendations from anyone as to which one I should consider for my next attempt??? Without knowing it for sure, I also have great confidence that Jachym is going to make this SO much easier anyway.
my regards to you all Steve

Steve,
Welcome to the Meteotemplate forum. Lots of good information here. You will find that Jachym is very helpful with questions and there are many more on the forum that can help. Interesting design layout with only one column on the home page.

Hi Steve and welcome to the forum, well done on getting your template setup. One of my two MT sites is also fed from Cumulus, the other is a Bloomsky. I can't make any suggestions on webcam's - mine's built into the Sky 2, maybe some of the other fella's can come up with some suggestions.
