Inconsistent template loading.

I have data not showing on my page, the gauges come and go. I am trying to track down the problem. For a few times, I could clear the cache in the template and whatever browsers. The template would load fine, for one time only. If I refreshed the page, the template is missing most things again. This is testing it with Chrome, Chromium, and Firefox. Now it is to the point, that even clearning caches isn't working. I removed all blocks, and re-added different ones, still won't load correctly.
The only thing that loads consistently, is my webcam block.
I remember with one problem I had, I read where someone else was advised to clear a folder of the contents, and let it rebuild. I can't find that thread.

Does anyone have an idea of what might be happening? I also noticed, that when it is not displaying the template right, the signature is all off, showing false readings. When it loads correctly, the signature is correct.

I got the same view as your image .... the first time. Did not load. Someone smarter than me will have to figger this one out.

There is some "rocket-loader" script being loaded and causing issues - this was not part of MT so either you added this or your site was hacked

Thanks for looking at it for me. It turns out, Cloud Flare inserts the "rocket-loader" script. I had to go to the main cloudflare site as the shared hosting cpanel, only had simple controls for cloud flare.

After reading some topics on rocket-loader, it seems it can really cause headaches just on some sites. I turned off rocket-loader from the advanced cloud flare ACP, and MT seems to be working right. I will give it a few hours.
