River Heights comes up blank for all states.
Any plans to fix the River Heights plugin for the US?

The NOAA data source is messed up. They changed from http to https, but that's not the only issue. I just went to the current NOAA river information page. It just searches for data and either times out or gives an error that the server is not available.

The government has been back up and running for about a week now. The river thing was acting up before the shutdown. Parts of the site sent me to a totally different URL in some cases. They might be in the process of changing contractors or something. The site is very confused right now.
