I have this block also on my site but its not update anymore

this files are up to date but if i look the txt I see the params.txt is not up to date
and the warningsEURegions.txt is ok
I see the info from the params.txt is on my site and not the info from the warningsEURegions.txt
is there a way for fix this ??

It seems working now. Not sure this is the case, but when you update the configuration of a block, remember to delete the cache ( if present ), or new content ( with new configuration ) will not be reloaded until the cache is expired ( generally after 1h ). This gives the impression that new settings are not correct.

Hi

Downloaded the latest issue. I'm able to get warnings for other countries with map but Finland seems non functional. (tested also with mapall.php) Warnings for Finland come through but map is not visible.

Hello everyone,
I've noticed for a few days that the map in my "warningsEUregions" block has had some changes.
Now when alerts appear on the map, instead of appearing with the usual colors (yellow, orange, red) they are only seen in black.
Does anyone know if there has been any change?
Could it be that there is a change in the file: cache/params.txt?
I think this file is responsible for the alerts appearing on the map.
Can anyone check this error or incident?

Verify you have the last version installed.
I see your warningsEUregionsConfig.txt start with the following line ( which should belong to ver 2.2 )

Code: Select all

{"version":2.2,"name":"EU Warnings - regional","namespace":"warningsEUregions","variables":[
Also after updating the software remember to clear the block cache.

Note
For example script warningsEUregions.php should be dated 4 Dec 2024

Grazie Davide,

Alvaro

This block version is only for Norway, Sweden and Slovenia (which use 'polygons' in the meteoalarm.org warnings definition ).
All other countries should not use this version ( but this may change )!

ver 2.5 2024-12-26
- changed feed from rss to json
- use leaflet to show polygons on map
- added tooltip with warning description
- approximate coordinates:
Norway 64.91, 16.91, zoom 4.4
Sweden 64.08, 16.44, zoom 4.5
Slovenia 46.16, 14.92, zoom 7.8

I would like to advise the Dutch users to add a small change to the warningsEUregionsBlock.php as in version 2.4 for the Netherlands I found out, at least in my case, you will get no warnings.
In line 49 you need to change the "NL" to "nl" so lower case, (, 'nl'=>'netherlands',) then it works and you will get warnings.

Thanks
Eddy
