Updates do not work. An update window appears but have to manually close it and doesn't install the update for either the block or plug-ins.

My ISP is TKS and I host my own website via Windows Home Server

OK Here for blocks at least haven't had a plugin to update yet!

Ok. I've only needed to update a couple blocks, but it worked very well.

Hi Jachym,

It does not work for me
I am on ovh.com and it does not work for me nor has it ever worked for me to automatically detect the latest version of each block or plugin. I think the problem comes from the server configuration because it worked before on Ovh.com a year ago.

You are the third person using this provider and it is always a problem so I guess this provider has some IP block - nothing we can do about this.

Hi!

In http://www.fernandezvillatoro.es/meteo/ I pay for a non dedicated linux server to a spanish enterprise called "HostEurope". It is managed through CPanel and I think I cannot install php extensions, anyway when I have had any special request the support team always answers fast an efficiently.

As I have a mac, I mainly use Safari browser, where I have been receiving notifications about plugins and blocks out of date and since last update I can perform the auto-updates with no problems at all. Actually I am very impressed with it.

If you may need any further information, pleas ask.

Thank you very much

I don't know. I used a non-update version of V16. Wish I would have used the update version

Im using OVH, I test with other server:
I copy blockVersions.txt to this server : http://massiesencevennes.free.fr/blockVersions.txt
I change blocksetup.php : $blocksLatest = json_decode(loadContent("http://massiesencevennes.free.fr/blockVersions.txt", 5),true);
and works:

Yes, which is what I was saying, it can load it from other servers so it is not a technical issue. The issue is loading it from my server. Either your provider does not like my provider or vice versa. So it will work when you move the file to some server where firewall from the provider is ok with it.

Hi Jachym ...

All right....
I did two automatic updates, and it looks like the altervista.org domain is running regularly.
If I encounter problems I'll let you know.

Greetings from MAX ...

OK, this is probably more likely to be a missing ZIP handling extension in PHP. Also I see some errors on your homepage, network issues with blocks.

I am aware of 2 blocks that are not working (not a big deal).
