Hello,

During some manipulation it seems I have lost one of my menu tabs. It was quite a heavy one with a lot of external links. Is there a way to retrieve it ?

Note that I have a backup dated 1 week ago.

This tab is still in admin/menu/menuItems.txt

Good news ???

The menu is saved in

admin/menu/menuItems.txt
and
admin/menu/menuOrder.txt

if you revert those files it should be back as it was
