My twitter feed is not posting to twitter unless I go into Admin then leave admin open and click on the button below the feeds to post. can anyone advise on this issue please.
Running win 10 home, cumulus meteotemplate 17 and weather station Aercus WS3083.

This is correct. Posting to twitter must only be available when you are logged in as admin - otherwise anyone could post anything to your feed!
