"Block Installation" Page is Blank

Using MT 17.0
After migrating the website to a new server, the "Block Installation" (Install New Blocks) page does not list any blocks. I did only a partial re-installation, trying to copy and keep as much of the previous site intact. The page listing all of the installed blocks correctly lists the roster.
Any idea how to get back the comprehensive list of blocks (installed/not installed/needs update)?

Hi!
Did you resave you setup file ? Go in your config file and just press save to see if that solve your issue.

I have the same problem. Migrated to a new RPi3b+. I have also an empty page for "Block Installation". I installed all blocks manually. The list of the installed blocks for configuration is correct and complete.
I followed the advice to resave the "big" setup file. But that didn't change anything.
Any further ideas?

But there was no solution because the thread stopped. So I give you my path to the blocks:
/home/weewx/public_html/template/homepage/blocks/*
The rights are set to 0777.

It depends on my and your server settings, it only works for some
