Thanks Johnny!

I guess the cam is down but I can sure hear the wind in the background at 10:06pm local time. Tom's site is also down but I wasn't expecting it this early in the storm. Power may be out.

Hi Andy, that's a shame both camera feeds down, they're showing looped footage now instead

Yep. It's killing me not to see the readings I was expecting and not expecting most sites to be down this early in the storm. Toms keeps coming up and down which is odd since it hasn't made it that far inland yet. Last I heard on the news 160,000 out of power in the Wilmington, NC area and most sites not reporting correct readings. I was somewhat expecting most sites to be up at, at least to 100mph winds with rain totals but if there's no power then...no readings.

I have Tom's site up as well, you can just see the rain creeping into the right hand side of his WU radar map. Nothing noticeable about wind readings yet, I hope he's got his hat tied on.

heheh ya me to. It's coming his way for sure. Not worried about the wind where he is and just hope he's on high ground. Not exactly sure where he is to look at flood plan maps. On the coast I'm only seeing 1" (26mm) of rain and know that's not right since I'm hearing up to 12"-13" (30.48cm-33.02cm) and that already is a lot of rain.
