Server- & Template-Settings

Hello a crazy question, how do I set my server and the template?
At the moment it looks like this for me:
Server: domain name www.wetter-hiltenfingen.euro-picture.de
Document root: httpdocs/hiltenfingen/template /
and in the template itself like this:
Path / template /
Page URL - make sure to include the http: // !!! http://wetter-hiltenfingen.euro-picture.de
But something does not fit, like mail to wetter@euro-picture.de
