All Time Min Not Showing

When I go to Weather Station-Statistics-Summary the All time min temperature is not displayed. There is just an F showing. If I go to the year or month view then min temps do show.
I also noticed that the All time max does not agree with the max other tabs. This shows the max as 100.1 (2016) and the minimum of 6.3 vs the summary tab max of 95.7 which in the max for 2018 but not the high max for all years.
