Meteotemplate seems to have completely failed

I the past week my Meteotemplate website seems to have completely failed. I even tried a restore of a version from a backup done before the issue started. No luck. The best way to describe what has happened is to go to my site at
http://mtp.elgheko.us. I would be grateful for any suggestions how to correct this issue.

so see your directions in the general configuration
You have to choose a folder, you have 3 different addresses

Seeing as no one has yet been able to give me any idea as to what is going on here, even after restoring the MTP directory, I am going to do a complete reinstall. Seems like a radical thing to do, but at the moment I have no other idea what to do. I have renamed my current folder from mtp to mto-O (for Original).
