Small bug in "rain-block"

Happy new year everyone!

I think there is a small bug in the "rain-block." See the picture and you'll understand. I think the error is that the "This-year"-value does not take the precipitation from 1st of January into its computation. On 1st of January itself there was actually no value for "This-year" but it was correct for "This-month."

"This-month" and "This-year" should be equal in January.

I hope I can express this properly.

This month is based on the expected rainfall for 3 days based on your station's average for January.

This year is based on the expected rainfall for 3 days based on your station's annual average.

So if I calculate correctly, your station expects 102.3 mm for the month of January, and 547.5 mm for the year.

Not sure of those numbers are what you are expecting but those are the calculations (9.9/3*31 and 4.5/3*365),

Tom

PS: Looked at your stations averages and in 2018 you had 1353.1 mm. I think it looks messed up because it is also reporting only 211 mm for 2017 but digging in I see you only had December 2017. I think it is using this one month for annual averages for 2017.
