Admin login

Hi guy's, help please.

I've upgraded to php ver 7.3 and now I'm not able to login as admin and no matter what version I use, login not possible. The admin menu comes up but as soon as I click on anything I get 'Unauthorized access'. I've checked config.php and my passwords there.
