Now I have to manually download block folders from meteotemplate website and copy them to homepage folder manually. Meteotemplate "install new block" UI do not list any available blocks. Need help.

I was not aware this option existed as I've always had to manually install blocks and plugin's if this actually works or worked before let me know.

I have a similar issue. My block setup shows the current version but only shows 0.0 for the latest version.

Nineback, Do your blocks in fact work? Any recent changes?

Blocks work fine. I have two different setups and they both do not show the latest versions.

Looking at your site I don't see anything wrong and is well laid out. Test on menu bar is all also working. Got me on this one. One thing I noticed on my site is the stat counter stopped working with no changes and not sure what is going on with it.
Maybe one for Jachym to ask.

Thanks, Andy. Your site is neat and well laid out as well.
Hopefully, Jachym will see this post. I notice he isn't around much anymore. I guess his" job is keeping him busy. I wonder what the future of Meteotemplate looks like?

I switched over to using weewx software. It supports the Meteotemplate api and can produce its own web pages. I really go back and forth on Meteotemplate. I often think that simple is the best and users can get lost in Meteotemplate if you aren't careful. Weewx is very customizable and has great support. I've never seen support or documentation as good as weewx. I see it as the best of both worlds. Meteotemplate api and another simpler weather page.

I have for a long time tried to use weewx for the fact I could store a backup DB locally on one of my 7 or 8 Rpi's.
The problem I am having is that weewx does not see my Ambient Weather 2902, ObserverIP and or meteotemplate. I have been on all the weewx sites, Google forum's trying to make a sniffer from an older Asus RT-AC66U Router with custom scripts but have had no luck pulling data off te WS-2902. I know other weather Stations have had luck but I've wasted to much time trying to get it to work.
I'd love to figure it out but just to time consuming with no results. If you have any idea's please share.
Andy
P.S. I have also got an ECOWITT setup going at
https://www.ecowitt.net/home/index?id=503 or look up the oklahoma city, OK area on the map if the 503 site does not work which sometimes it does not. I'd love to integrate that into a weewx DB if I could.
Seems ecowitt hardware is more stable than my old ObserverIP with no lockup's since last May BUT (Here is the big BUT) No API support, No help in trying to get what or how I'd like it to work from ecowitt.com or Fine Offset who's hardware I believe ecowitt is made by.

I tried the ecowitt site and it gave me a login screen.
This Google Group, which you are probably aware of is where all the weewx help comes from. Tom, the weewx author, and several other weewx programmers (Matthew, Gary) live there. I searched the group for 2902 and got several hits. I'd be surprised if the group could not get you up and running. Matthew I believe is the one who has written a lot of the intercept drivers.

Yeah the names in the google group ring a bell. It's been awhile. My problem was I could not get the special weewx software for the Pi to fully load and driver issues. I'll give it another try when I get time.
