data and forecast daily on FB

Is it possible to post automaticaly data from the weatherstation and forecast from blocks on my facebook weather page ?
With data i mean the averages or so.. or maybe an automated file wich FB everytime when a visitor comes to my FB page automaticaly loads with current data.
