Summary Block dont load all data

I have noticed that the 2 tabs Tomorrow and Outlook do not pick up all data like below
The long-term average temperature for 20 February is 0.0°F
I have my path right in the block setup and the other tabs are fine anyone know of a fix
Or is that data coming from my database? as I dont see it in forecast.xml
