Hello, I have the problem that the "german" Umlaute i.e. ä,ö and ü are not correct displayed in the menu (additional entries made by myself) and in custom pages.
How can this be fixed?

You can use ASCII codes like:
ö = ö
ü = ü

So Gemütlichkeit is written as Gemütlichkeit
