Meteotemplate Forum

Anything related to my current readings are not showing up. As far as I know everything looks okay, but I must be missing something apparently, more than likely. I have the Google Map Key API installed. I am running a Davis Vantage Pro2 weather station using Cumulus for processing the data and it works okay with the Saratoga templates. I want Meteotemplate as it gives me additional data that the Saratoga template doesn't. SO I am guessing that I am somehow not processing my data from Cumulus correctly.

Everything shows me as offline. Any suggestionS

Firstly, you might have put the correct link to your site:

Secondly, your site advises me that you have not registered the site, although that might not affect your 'missing information' it would be a polite action to take.

Thirdly, by crikey the site is slow. That might well be your communication situation, I have no way of knowing, or, perhaps, the amount of data you are attempting to display on the template 'home' page.

This is not a rant, Tom. I shall look again at your site, probably tomorrow, and see if I can offer advice.

I was thinking about just trying the full 18.0 versus the upgrade from 17.0. I am unable to access the Control Panel to register it. I get the message "Unauthorized access."

The upgraded version is at http://www.ridgerun.us/mtp/. It is also version 18.0.

When you upgraded to v18.0 from your initial version did you do it in steps - i.e. version by version? It is important that you do so, as each version is reliant on the previous one.

Incidentally, you asked on another thread if the steel series of gauges work on v18.0. I can confirm that they do. Confirmation of that statement will be found by clicking on the banner below (it is also a link) which will take you to my own site where the ssGauges are displayed in all their glory.

Thanks to Jachym I dug deeper into my settings and finally found that I had missed on my settings that was making my setup look into the look into the domain I had when I lived in Arizona. I no longer own that domain and, in fact, the domain is used by my former Neighborhood Association. So it was looking for the realtime.txt file in the correct location, but it no longer existed there. Once I found that,and corrected it, all is okay. Thanks Jachym!!!
