I was selected to participate as a Starlink Internet beta tester. I've had it up and running now for about 6 weeks. I am still experiencing some occasional down times, but for the most part Starlink is very impressive. Here is a speed test I did just now. I have been dealing with slow DSL internet here for 5 years now. I'm pretty pumped up with what Starlink is giving me right now.

I have signed up for the beta testing and submitted the $99 fee with shipping sometime in the second or third quarter so looking forward to it. As far as satellite drop outs it should get better as they launch more. Don't know if your familiar with this satellite tracking website or not but you can get a good idea when your going to drop out as you can see the satellites coming and going over your area.
