i sent a request to get a token to download the last version of the template but i never get any reply.
can somebody tell me how I can get this token ?

Sorry, I have no real answer. But even if Jachym is not super active in the forum, he is still active in providing support to users.
So I think he will get in touch with you ( or you could remember him via email, that you are still waiting for a token )
