I sightly modified the txt file ( joined the 2 heading lines, and converted wind bearings from string to number format ).
- copy the file to your admin folder and extract it
- in the meteotemplate control panel -> 'Data Import' set as following

In the first screenshot I posted I mistakenly set URL: 'Database weather Laglene Year 2021.txt'
You should set URL: 'Database weather Laglene Year 2021a.txt' (i.e. the file I modified, with wind direction in degrees )

P.S.
While I was trying to verify if the file was in your admin directory I was blacklisted by your server intrusion detection system

Voici le chemin que je lui donne sachant que le fichier Database weather Laglene Year 2021a.txt se trouve dans le dossier install : http://meteogalargues.monespace.net/template/install/

Ok, if the text file is in the install directory set URL: '../install/Database weather Laglene Year 2021a.txt'
If you click the 'Show filed numbers' button does it show as in the second image?
