Climate of Countries Plugin

I have received a query on my website about the Climate of Countries plugin, specifically regarding evapotranspiration for the Dominican Republic.

http://www.wessexweather.net/meteotempl ... =DOM&id=DO

They are asking if the plugin uses the Penman-Monteith method to determine these values, and whether the values refer to the average for a whole country or for one specific location?

Hope someone can help, so that I can reply.

I cant remember the source, it is country average, but for each country I used different sources, there is no unified source for this and it took over 3 months to put together, I really dont remember which source was Dominican republic, I would assume it is using Penman.

As I said, I think it is Penman, but the numbers are also taken directly from somewhere, they are not calculated from the other values, I didnt calculate it, I found data for "ET"
