Hi guys,
since about three months my site has became very slow.
I think the issue is in db because after reformatting procedure.

I would like to do it all over again but probably i wrong something during reformatting.
How can i do to delete all db istance?
Any advice?

I tested your site speed and it seems not super fast ( today it takes 17-24s, on july 30th it took even longer than 30s, but it could be my computer/network speed )
I don't know what is the problem, but you can consider:
- your page has lot of blocks ( more than 4Mb ), you may try to reduce these and see how it reflects in page loading speed
- lots of error in the page ( you may see if there is a block configuration that reduces these errors )
- you may try to enable/disable various caching options on your server
